I bought a lolita jacket from them, but it was VERY poor quality. They are not resellers, they recreate looks for cheap and you get what you pay for. I received no confirmation email, and had to beg for my tracking number. If you want "quality" halloween costumes then go for it, but i was extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase. The flower and chain detail in the pictures was just a dollar store hair piece that was pinned to the lapel and the chain was a gold ribbon literally TIED to the flower. It doesn't close all the way and the embroidery is just glued on fabric patches. i will never buy from here again. waste of time and money.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered what I thought was a round shaped blanket/quilt and what I got was a round cloth made out of nylon thin flag material that would never work for what I planned. Plus it took about 6 weeks to come!

Will not waste too much time for this review. To be short: do not order here it will save you time and frustrations. One simple order while I am in China to a Chinese based company. Took me days moreover a week or 2 to realize I will never get my good. Not even tailor made just a stock item. Ridiculous in a world full of technology wasn't able to get the track number and they good went back to the company for some mysterious reason. I promised them I would write a bad review. I ordered 2packs of 10Pcs of TCRT 5000 optical senors. via Amazon. The Package which arrived to-day only had one pack of 10Pcs of TCRT 5000 in it. Amazon say that my email to you has been bounced back by your email server. Obviously I do require the missing 10 x TCRT 5000's as soon as possible. Are you aware there is a problem with your server? And please contact Amazon and resolve this problem. The order number is 026-***** ******-*******. Please advise me of your action to resolve this shortage and problem with your email server. Thank you Larry for sending a 10% discount voucher, I will use it on my next order provided Amazon accept such things.

Just had white leather plaited bracelet delivered today was very disappointed that the magnetic clasp which had small (crystal) like beads on had some missing which makes it look like a used bracelet rather than new one

okay so i order some stuff from here. its was around the beings of nov i was thinking ill get here before thanksgiving right well *** no! it still hasn't arrived in its already jan?? i haven't even gotten a email from them with my tracking number or nothing i did sent a email out to them but never got a respond once i checked out my idem's i took a screen shot for my ID number just in case so im tried of waiting for my package that i just came to their website to see this id number can help me out and some way ! but no luck their i went on a tab that say orders and returns put my email address on their AND ID number but shows no search what so ever so people save your money unless u want to wait 3 months for ur ideas ! the whole reason i tried this website was only cause the idea i wanted was cheap well lesson learned HORRIBLE SITE JUST HORRIBLE GO BACK RIGHT NOW THAT YOU CAN THIS SITE CAN BE A SCAM !!

I purchased a pair of seat belt covers from High Quality Buy. I waited a week for the item to be delivered, & finally contacted the company, only to hear that they "can't find my order." I forwarded them a copy of the receipt, but still have not heard from them. I will NEVER purchase anything from High Quality Buy or look at their website.

I ordered, and like other customers mentioned here, there was no emails mentioning that the order will be shipped from overseas, what date it will be shipped, nothing....I waited for a week, then I emailed and they replied it will arrive in 20days. It came after 2months. It was not what I ordered. It was only a part of what I ordered and it came broken, completely useless. I sent email. No reply. I threw the parts in trash as its not useful to me. Looks like, my money went in trash too...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. WASTE OF MONEY !

I ordered shoes for my prom night on hightqualitybuy. It was approximately 25-30 days of delivery time and it was a perfect timing because my prom night was more than a mounth after. It was on the 25th oh June, today we are the 12th of July and I am still waiting for my order. When I sended a e-mail 2 mounth ago, they answered me very quickly. But now it seems that they forgot me, it's been a week and I am waiting for someone who can tell me where is my order and what is going on !

I ordered March 5th 2015 , I only received an email that my items were paid for. I never received a notice that the items were shipped. I contacted customer service and they did reply saying that the items had been shipped on the 7th. But aren't I supposed to receive an email with the tracking number? When i order off amazon/ebay I always get an email informing me that the items have been shipped and a tracking number. I emailed support a couple days ago and still no response. Its been over 3 weeks. I feel safer just ordering off eBay or Amazon.

The item I ordered was egg rounds. They arrived exact as stated but damaged a little. It arrived 4 weeks early. Very impressive from over seas. And free shipping. Am working to resolve it now. I will keep you posted. The item was only $3.08/ four item though. The quality of the product was as promised. I tryed it immediately to make sure they worked. They didn't do to bad. I've had a lot worse products. And I got email updates from them all the time which is very very rare these days. I like the company and I like their prices. I'll shop there again in the future.

i havn't recieved my headphones that i brought from them after 3 months! i need to report them :/, this for a fact really pissed me off because i contacted their email and they havn't even responded so right now i just don't know what to do... i bought these with a gift card too.
